LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER

We are a full-service landscaping company working with high-end residential properties primarily in the Bellevue/Redmond, WA area. We are seeking a motivated leader to join our growing team.

We are looking for a landscape maintenance crew leader to manage a team of 2 people and be able to maintain the client’s properties according our comprehensive landscape maintenance program.

This is a full-time position with salary increases based on the experience that is acquired.

Requirements:

• 5 – 7 years of experience in landscaping maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a crew leader.
• Experience using tools and machines (lawn mowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers shears, hand pruners for natural pruning, loppers, pruning saws, blowers, back-pack sprayers, spring rakes, and aerators).
• Experience driving a truck and trailer.
• Team management, able to lead 2 members.
• Experience managing maintenance routes and filling out paperwork.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Pay/Benefits:

• $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
